RC Club - Handicap Heat #4
Skippers, First of all, I would welcome any audit of the Results and/or Handicapping.
Please find attached a copy of the racing results. The Handicapping System appears to be working, however that weed was an unfair handicapper. With the lighter breezes, any skerrick of weed had considerable impact on the yacht's performance.
It was great to see 9 Skippers turn up to sail and with no carnage, we were able to keep those numbers throughout the day, we had 8 Marbleheads and Paul's IOM. Paul was able to hold his own in the lighter breezes but was overtaken once the breeze picked up.
Congrats to Me, Les, and Mark on our podium finishes. Trust everyone had a great day again.
Our next sail will be the Championship Heat 4 on Sunday the 01/06/2025. Would be great to see another great group of yachts at this event.
