Lake Cootharaba Sailing Club 80th Anniversary 28th Feb

Lake Cootharaba Sailing Club will be celebrating the 80th anniversary of its founding on 28 February this year.

Over the years, many sailors from all over the country have enjoyed sailing in regattas and other events held on the beautiful waters of Lake Cootharaba and we’d like as many of these people as possible to join us in celebrating this significant milestone. To this end, I have attached a poster and I’m seeking your assistance in distributing it to your members and/or printing a copy and putting it on your notice board(s).

Lake Cootharaba Sailing Club acknowledges the traditional owners of the lands and waters of Lake

Cootharaba and its surrounds. We pay our due respects to the elders, past, present and emerging of the Kabi Kabi people and recognise their ongoing connection with this land and the waters onwhich we sail.
