LAKE SAMSONVALE Water Sports Association Inc.  with Pine Rivers Rowing Club           New GenSet

The Association has developed about 4.5 hectares on the south bank of Lake Samsonvale into a well grassed and tree shaded area. 
The club-house has a covered area, canteen, showers and toilets.  A caretaker's flat has been included and it is occupied by a full-time caretaker. 
Pine Rivers Rowing Club has erected a storage shed for their boats, and Yacht Club members may store their boats in a  well-maintained boat park. 
A number of wood barbecues are distributed around the grounds. The new children's play area, upgraded using a generous donation from the Queensland Gaming Commission, was opened in July 2004
