The
Association has developed about 4.5 hectares on the south bank of Lake Samsonvale into a well grassed and tree shaded area.
We are a family-friendly club ... this venue is excellent for beginners or
those wanting to introduce the kids to sailing, while being
challenging enough for more experienced sailors
Our club-house has a covered area, showers and
toilets. The canteen is
available on the days published in our calendar, otherwise
members may cook on
a
number of wood-fired barbecues distributed around the grounds.
A caretaker's flat is occupied by a full-time
caretaker.
Club members
may store their boats in a well-maintained boat park.
The
new children's play area, upgraded using a
generous donation from the
Queensland Gaming Commission, was opened in July 2004
